Mat & Reformer

THE CLASSES

Mat Pilates

Sweat, Sculpt, Repeat

Our mat classes transform traditional Pilates into a modern, music-driven experience. Set in a dimly lit studio with curated playlists and a high-energy flow, each session feels more like a rhythm-infused escape than a workout. Expect seamless sequencing that tones, lengthens, and strengthens while moving in sync with the beat. With the perfect balance of intensity and intention, you’ll leave feeling empowered, elevated, and energized

Reformer Pilates

Personalized Guidance, Transformative Results

Our reformer classes deliver a refined, full-body workout that blends resistance, control, and fluid movement. With only seven reformers in the studio, each class is intentionally intimate, allowing for personalized guidance and a truly hands-on experience. Using state-of-the-art equipment, our curated sequences are designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge with precision- Engaging every muscle group while enhancing posture, flexibility, and core strength. Every session feels elevated, intentional, and transformative, empowering you to move with strength and grace beyond the studio.

BENEFITS OF PILATES

Mat Pilates

Our modern Mat Pilates experience is designed to challenge and recharge you—building deep core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. The infrared heat boosts circulation, promotes detoxification, and enhances muscle recovery, while the high-energy atmosphere keeps you motivated and present. Expect better balance, a stronger mind-body connection, and real results you can feel on and off the mat.

Reformer Pilates

in our contemporary Reformer Pilates classes you’ll target muscles you didn’t know you had improving core stability, posture, flexibility, and full-body strength. With controlled resistance and purposeful movement, every session builds lean muscle, enhances mobility, and supports injury prevention. Whether you're new to the reformer or leveling up your training, this is intelligent movement that delivers real, lasting results.
